Talent Tech Manufacturing’ high volume production service has manufactured tens of thousands of parts in our 20 years. Advanced machining processes, detailed inspection plans, and automation help lower the overall cost of production while ensuring precision and consistency across the entire production run. From estimating thru final inspection and shipping, we are in constant communication with you and your team to make sure every expectation isn’t just met but exceeded. We specialize in manufacturing complex parts in high volume production quantities – The difficult we do right away, the impossible will take a little longer.
Lead Time & Capabilities
Lead times for our high production service vary from project to project. In many cases, initial deliveries for orders over 5,000 parts can be completed in our standard lead time of 5-8 weeks. Once production has begun, we can ship weekly, monthly, or as-needed. We accept blanket orders and stocking agreements where we will build and stock parts for scheduled or as-needed future delivery. Depending on part complexity and expedite options specific lead times can be brought in, or pushed out from our standard lead time. Regardless of what the lead time is, you will be made aware of it at the time of the quote so you will know when parts will land on your dock.
